By accessing or using RefinePic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

RefinePic provides AI-powered image editing and enhancement tools. Results are generated by third-party AI models and may vary in quality. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Account & Credits

You must create an account to use the Service. Each operation consumes credits. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Free signup credits are granted once per account. Purchased credit packages and subscription plans are subject to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content
• Use the Service to generate deepfakes or deceptive media
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. Processed results are yours to use. We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use uploaded images to train AI models.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Refunds

Credits consumed by failed AI processing (due to model errors, not user error) may be refunded at our discretion. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
